Get in shape, while contributing to God's work throughout the world! Join Lani Griswold as she uses her experience as a personal trainer to encourage you to reach farther to become all that God has made you to be. She does this in a kind of loving drill sergeant manner that makes the whole experience a lot of fun. The class goes through an hour and a half of low impact workout 3 times a week (Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 - 8:30pm and Saturday 8:00 - 9:30am), which includes aerobics, weight training and pilates in a combination that focuses on overall fitness and weight management. Lani also provides advice on food and nutrition and includes new exercises as she gains new innovations from her friends in the fitness industry. Each member donates at least $30 per month to the class which is used to support missionary families, to purchase food for the homeless, to send kids to camp, to provide phone calls home to our troops overseas, to provide ski caps for kids in orphanages, to provide animals to starving people, provide support for youth mission trips, and much more in the U.S. and countries throughout the world.
