"Direct Connect" is a redesign of our telephone system to better assist you. With this design, we have two groups in mind: the first-time caller and the regular caller.
For the first-time caller, we have direct dial numbers by ministry to help you quickly find a specific ministry.
For the regular caller, we have direct dial numbers for each person on staff, so you can reach them directly without a need to be transferred. These numbers will all have the same three-digit prefix and the four-digit extension of the person being reached. In addition, the new system provides personal fax numbers in addition to the usual e-mail addresses for each person, so you can reach them directly and make sure they receive your message at the appropriate time through whichever method you choose to communicate.
Once again, our priority is to connect people as quickly as possible to the right staff person in the body of Christ here at Lake Avenue Church.
Printed copies of the Direct Connect Guide are available on the LAC Campus, but the most up-to-date information is available right here on this website.
Due to privacy concerns Lake does not give out personal phone numbers unless you are a Lake Avenue Church Member or are a volunteer who has given consent to publish.

Main Offices:Most general offices are located on the second floor of Hutchins Hall (campus map). The reception area is at the center of that floor. They will be happy to assist you in locating your final destination. All general deliveries should check-in at this location.
Hours:Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, except holidays.
Worship Services, Support Groups, Small Groups, Bible Studies, etc. happen throughout the week. See our home page for upcoming events. (Does not include those held on the campus by outside events who have rented conference rooms - please contact the receptionist for more information on those events or to book facilities space.)
