Employment of Relatives
Lake Avenue Church has a standard policy that relatives of any of our employees are ineligible for employment opportunities at Lake Avenue Church or the Lake Avenue Community Foundation.
The term "relatives" for the purpose of this policy, includes the spouse, children, parents, grandparents, brother, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, mothers-in-law, fathers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, step-parent, step-children, step-sister, or step-brother of the individual employed.
