Dear Families,

Last week Lake Avenue Church made masks indoors optional for adults.  As Family Ministries, we asked for a bit more time to see what our local schools decided.  PUSD announced they are removing the indoor mask mandate for their schools starting March 12th, in accordance with the State of California. 

Throughout the pandemic, our leadership has attempted to keep consistent with our local school system.  Therefore, in Elementary and Club45 Ministries (ages K-5^th grade) we will make masks optional indoors starting this Sunday, March 13^th. 

We respect that all families are journeying differently through this season.  Our honest desire is for all to feel loved, included, and welcomed to worship with us.  We still welcome anyone that feels more comfortable wearing their masks and will continue to be mindful of germs and cleanliness.  As always, please keep your students home if they are not feeling well. 

We are thankful to the Lord for His provision and protection during this difficult season and ask that you would continue to join us in prayer for our community, state, country, and nation.
