FORMAT: Join us twice a month, 11:45 am - 1 pm, via ZOOM video conference to hear first-hand stories from Lake's missionary and outreach family and pray for their ministries. Have a chance to go in-depth with what is taking place on the frontlines of the Kingdom and join in the key encouragement role played by our church family here in Pasadena. This is the best place to connect Lake's diverse missionary family, who are serving the gospel in every type of ministry to People's near and far, in obedience to God's Big Story.
It is a BYOL gathering - so Bring Your Own Lunch, whether at home or the office, gather everyone else sharing your space with you and together join us for conversation and connection.

Tim & Jan Stoker - Wycliffe Bible Translators
Jan and Tim have served with Wycliffe since 1985. We served one term overseas at the beginning of our careers. We did nearly two years of French study in France followed by 2 years in support roles (desktop publishing and health coordinator) in Cote d'Ivoire. Since 1992, Tim has served in the home office in Orlando, FLA and Jan has been at home. I worked in the IT department as a programmer for 3 years, followed by 25 years in the finance department in various roles. In early 2020, I moved into my present role in our Global Partnerships department, where I monitor the financial activity of nearly 60 projects in francophone Africa. We have four adult children, all married, 4 grandchildren, and another grandchild due in late September.
Dr. Hanna Maasad - Gaza Baptist Church
Hanna will share an update regarding the ministry in Gaza City, Palestine following the recent outbreak in violence between Hamas and Israel and how Gaza Baptist Church's members have been affected and how we can pray for them.
