Hey all-
In the coming months we will be experiencing some changes in the Family Ministry department. I am writing to let you know that August 7th will be the last day for our Middle School leaders, Lean Bolton and Josh Speakes. I want to invite you to help us bless them as they go on Wednesday July 27th from 5-7pm at Skate Night. We will skate and celebrate the next steps on their journey.
Leah and Josh joined the Family Ministries Department 2.5 years ago right before quarantine. They have served our community with imagination and joy, creativity and passion, empathy and thoughtfulness. They have created some beautiful and wonderful moments for our church and the middle school program when kids needed an outlet. Then have been wonderful to work with and I will miss then dearly. I am grateful that both of them have found something new as they look to grow in ministry and personally. They will continue to impact the lives of kids and others for the Kingdom.
It is with mixed emotions we will say good-bye after Summer Camp. That Sunday you are welcome to stop by the Middle school room and thank them for their service.
