Happy Almost-Thanksgiving!
We hope and pray you're able to slow down and enjoy this week with your family and loved ones. We sure are thankful for our High School Family - and that means you!
THIS SUNDAY we will meet at 9:30am, and in the Warehouse for the whole time! We'll be taking a break from Main Service for the reminder of the year.
We are also starting our Advent Series this Sunday, which mirrors our Main Service "Unwrapped" Advent Series. Click this link so you can follow along as as a whole family :-)
In High School, we'll be giving out fun Advent Boxes and are accepting a $5 donation for each. These boxes are a once-a-week, reflective and interactive guide for the advent season designed for our High School students. Covering the four themes of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love, we want students to set a few mintues aside each week to interact with the materials that connect to the week's theme and the exciting story of the coming of Christ. They can do it any day of the week, as long as they complete it before the next week. Students can pick it up any Sunday in the Warehouse, or in the Student Center duirng the week. We are in need of 3-5 adults to help put these advent boxes together! This Sunday only, from 8:30-9:15am in the Warehouse. Email Julia to let her know if you're interested at
LIFE TOGETHER: BOB ROSS PAINT NIGHT / MONDAY!
- We are gathering this coming Monday with our Senior Citizens over Zoom with a Bob Ross Paint Night!
- This is the most popular event we've had previously with our Senior Citizens - and the most fun! You can be a complete beginner or pro with paint for this!
- ALL paint materials are supplied, and it's just $12 to join! We don't want costs to prevent anyone from joining in on the fun, so email Julia for a scholarship if you'd like one.

- We have an amazing Counseling Center here at Lake Ave, which has opportuinites for teens, parents and families to connect over:
- 1-1 virtual appointments for parents or teens struggling
- Teen support group or parent support group or grief group
- Groups will be created as interest builds, and you can find amazing resources for teens, parents of teens, and families on the Counseling Center's website
