This challenging time has brought new questions and insight into our pursuit of health and wellness, adjusted our priorities and forced us to face our vulnerability, perhaps like never before. This crisis has created an unprecedented opportunity to grow, learn, change our preferences, assess our risk tolerance, and establish core life values for our health and wellness.
God has created us to be social beings and to learn and love together. Join our expert panel as we journey together to explore essential principles of health, wellness, and disease prevention. We will discuss the human body, how we are fearfully and wonderfully made, which important daily habits contribute to life-long disease mitigation and prevention, and how our social connection and engagement with a community have tangible physical effects.
