AUTUMN AT LAKE

Dear ,

Fall is now in full swing as we continue in week four of our teaching series "Following the Cloud." Join us this Sunday for worship, fellowship, prayer, and a special message by Beth Paz, our Director of Young Adult Ministries, titled "What Is It?" out of Exodus and John.

In addition to our regular 9:30 am Sunday services, this fall we also feature a host of events and opportunities that you can participate in and invite others to as well. From our Family Ministries Pumpkin Palooza to our special Summit for Grandparents, we have something to offer for each season of Life.

If you love music, on Sunday, October 30, our Worship & Arts department presents a special free concert “Hymns, A Legacy of Faith”, featuring the talents of special guests Bill and Gloria Gaither, Steve Amerson, Jessica Rivera and hosted by Ed Willmington.

Looking farther into the fall we invite all women to attend the Women Connect Fall Half-Day Retreat on Saturday, Nov. 5. Our College and Young Adult Ministries will also host "Exhale" a 3-day retreat from November 18-20 at our home-away-from-home, Green Oak Ranch.

In addition to our special one-time events, we host a number of regular ministry opportunities from prayer and spiritual formation to practical serving. All of these events and opportunities can be found on our website. You can start on our Featured events page at www.lakeave.org/events and then search out more opportunities within each season of life. Our Serving Opportunities can be viewed in our Serving Finder.

If you have questions or would like to speak with someone, visit us on Sundays in the Lobby at our Guest Information area before or after services.
