The double stroller rolls up the sidewalk to the church, powered by parents making their way to check-in with their children. The morning and the minivan are already marked by The Spilled Cheerios Incident. Cries of "she-u spilt mmmm-my ch-ch-E-os" echo in their ears. No matter. They had made it to church.
First stop: the preschool room. The strategy: allow extra time for their Cheerio-free child to settle in and let go of his recent cereal loss. Unanticipated: Miss Melanie! The smiles and welcoming arms of their child’s teacher disarms the entire family. The result: a happy child running into his classroom to join his buddies, and grateful parents.
Next, the nursery. The parents know the nursery teachers well as their son was in the same room just two years ago. There’s Jenny… their daughter’s favorite teacher. She welcomes them and their daughter into the classroom. Soon their youngest is making pizzas in the play kitchen.
Your infant, toddler, preschooler, kindergartener arrive on this earth eager to learn. Our Early Childhood Ministry feeds this hunger as they introduce them to the love of Jesus. Maximizing the value of play time, our team uses every opportunity to model and teach about loving each other the way that God loves us. We sing songs and see puppets tell stories from the Bible. The prayers before snack-time are some of the sweetest times for our volunteer team.
Now… it doesn’t always go this smoothly. We have tears and we have potty-training accidents. Be assured that when your child needs you, our team will page you wherever you are in church, so you can be with your child.
Our team is committed to Christ and bringing the little children to Him. Most of all, we are here to support parents as they lead and teach their children in the ways of the Lord.

Early Childhood Nursery and Preschool Programs
Safety and security is of the upmost importance in our Early Childhood department. We have a specially designed check-in system. When you check-in each week, you will receive an individual pager so you can be paged if your child is unable to be comforted, becomes ill, or needs you for any reason. When you arrive on our campus please proceed to one of the Check in Stations.
If you are a first time guest please go to the
Please note that a child will only be released to the authorized person who brings the receipt or the pager.

Parent/Child Rooms
If you opt to keep your children with you but feel that they might be disruptive in the service, two rooms located at the rear of the Worship Center (enter from lobby) allow parents with small children to participate in the worship service. Both rooms feature a changing table, floor-to-ceiling window view of the service, and an audio system to hear the service.
On the west side is a Parents' Room for mom and dad.
On the east side is a Mother's Room for nursing moms. (Another room for nursing moms is located near the preschool classrooms on the first floor of the Family Life Center.
