Sermon Quote of the Week

"When we confess our sins we are not asking to be justified again - as if every time we sin we need to be justified again and again and again. We are asking to have our relationship with God restored … to closeness and intimacy with God." - Tim Peck, from the Praying for Reign Teaching Series, March 17/18, 2018

Relief Updates

By Scott White, Associate Pastor of Outreach

Since January, your LAC Staff Team has been working closely with a number of groups to discover appropriate and effective ways that we could partner in Texas, Puerto Rico and Lebanon. As a reminder, in response to Pastor Greg’s prompting, we set aside 2% of our calendar year-end giving ($53,378) to apply to the areas devastated by last Fall’s hurricanes and the on-going displacement of refugees from Syria.
