A special needs buddy works with a child with special needs in the child’s ministry space on a one-to-one basis. The buddy will follow the child as a shadow, while at the same time promote his/her independence in social, emotional and communication skills. The individual will implement effective strategies to ​support the overall wellbeing of the child.
