The Monitors position assists the Front of House (FOH) audio position while on stage. The operator mixes the audio of the worship performers to their monitors & each other’s monitors. Mixing each monitor to a comfortable level, with the right amount of the different sources. This will allow the performer to hear what keeps them in time & proper musical key for performance. The controller is a wireless control tablet used through the audio console at the same time.

To become familiar with the equipment and process, you’ll work alongside an operator training week to week building knowledge on the remote tablet and/or the audio console. You will work alongside the worship team to find their audio monitor needs. You will also gain knowledge of the “marriage” between FOH audio, Broadcast audio & monitor changes
